The Strawberry Cream Dream

Started as a custom cake order- my very first one, in fact! Decided to list it as a cake flavour menu item because it's been requested a couple times ever since.
 
Totally understandable: 3 layers of vanilla sponge with Vanilla Bean buttercream, fresh no-additive and no-preservative homemade strawberry jam, topped with diced strawberries. With a couple of juicy, whole strawberries to finish, what's not to love?
