When should I make payment for my order?
Please make payment for your order as soon as you have received the payment invoice and checked all order details!
Do you charge extra for delivery at certain locations?

I would like to cancel my order
but I have already paid.
Will there be additional charges?
You may cancel your order without additional charges MAX. 2 DAYS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER.
Cancellations made 3 or more days after placing your order will incur a penalty fee of $30.00.
Am I allowed to make changes to my order after I have received my invoice?
As long as it's WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE, you may still make changes
to your order.
How many days in advance
are the bakes made?
Most items are made 1 day before you receive them! Custom cakes with complex designs may be made maximum 2 days in advance.
Do you do bulk/corporate orders?
Yes, I do! Please drop me an email or an inquiry form and we can get straight to discussing how I can jump in for your event. :-)
