Rich Dark Chocoholic Tart

Inspired by Tasty's Silkiest Chocolate Tart (by Rie aka my personal all-time-favourite chef), this tart's for those who find sweetness in the deep and dark.

It's oh-so-simple and oh-so-tantalising: Rich 100% dark chocolate filling, baked to smooth perfection in a Pâté Sucrée tart shell, finished with a dusting of powdered sugar and a couple crystals of sea salt to balance out all the bittersweet flavours.
